The company has created its own policies, and certain salary categories are only paid after the 10th, but you must remind them to get it. Experience letters are also delayed. Policies change every week without consulting employees, and there are no fixed timings or appraisal policies. They are strict about leave, and the working environment is poor. Managers frequently send baseless emails, and there is a lot of comparison among employees. They engage in fraudulent business practices, bringing in clients with false promises. When you resign, no one will answer your questions about your last working day or salary. They will just say they will update you "in a while." I would advise against trusting this company.

Worst than worst, no one should join, unnecessary pressure, so strict work timings.

Dislikes

All dislike, not polite, they dont have manners how to treat employees. They only support whom they want to be support.
