I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

I don't like to work

Dislikes

One of the bad company were I had worked for more than 5 years without any demand. But still my experience certificate, bonuses (for 4 years) & last one month salary was holding by the company. Now if I try to communicate for the same, they never respond.

Only I liked the relation between teammates.

Dislikes

No job security any time manegment can kick you. No fixed date of salary. Useing Offensive language in office. Apprisal 5%/per year. Manegment treat service team is kind of liability.
