Management in the company is approachable and although the hierarchy is clear, there is no differentiation and the Senior management can be easily approached. No job security and not worth for experienced people's more over HR management is toooooo worse don't like to work there. Best suggestions for employees to search other than smart enovations

HR management, manager ,and leaders they all money minded only they think of billing won't understand employees problems ,worst experience in smart enovations it's not good place for experienced and fresher's all are suffering here

If it has to be described in one line for freshers: Bonded labourers for two-three years. They will send you to client company to work there with fixed hike per year. No career growth.
