Company culture is not good. Old employee of SEW are very rude they even don't give project KT to new joinee. Work culture is also not good. Almost all developer do work till late night.

work is not more, almost seasonal there will be months when you will have no work and get salary credited for free, but when there is work no leave is granted and you’ll have to be available 24/7 ,

Ít totally depends on the manager and the team you will get, if your manager is illiterate you’ll face issues, and if you have necessary skills required then you’ll enjoy here and after some time you’ll switch.

If you fit here with management philosophy you are good to go else you will suck. No matter how much experience you have or from where you are coming. They have lot of money and can give any hike while hiring. You can ask for any absurd hike and chances are you may get it.

...lse you are nobody and you don't even exist. For everything bad they have money. This is an org when you want to increase your package you can come here and then out papers and then if lucky they will raise your package. Otherwise not much to learn.

Dislikes

No appraisals, no job security. They don’t value their low/middle level employees. Compensation is just pennies and work is too much. You will also feel undervalued and underpaid. CEO does not know how to run the company.
