Working environment is so friendly and everyone helps each other at there tough times i.e. teamwork! Learning is upto the learner how they want to learn and rise above. Management understands the feelings of employees and give them best working hours either to work in day or nights. Weekly meetings boosting up your moral and motivation that is what they do. Overall its great working there since last three years.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
