...glish. Pressurize the employees unnecessarily, cracks silly jokes. He is a fool. Salary structure is worst than a grocery shop. overall a worst company.. NEVER EVER work in this company.

Cheats employees of their salary. During the interview they will commit some figures. But in hand u will never get the amount u were promised. If u HaVe full attendence then only u will get the full amount . If u HV taken a days leave Rs. 500 is deducted, which u HV never been told apart from other deduction during the interview. The working environment is also not so good. No pickup no drop facility. Salary is really very low standard. Every day employees leave the organisation due to various problems they face. Apart from tea and coffee nothing is available in the cafeteria. Vehicle Parking facility is also not available. No increment in salary even if u r good in ur work. Total waste of time, energy, and talent. Those who are thinking of joining this organisation please rethink about it and don't waste ur precious time on this organisation. There are lot other good organisations where u can apply.

...e in smart call center.. Good place for freshers to start their working career..salary is a bit low but work life balance is great... No OT or extend of shift timing.. It's a genuine process.. company provides all kind of documents through which u can enter into any Mnc... For learning or for knowledge gathering it's a great place

Terrible place to work. Poor work culture surrounded by internal politics. No proper compensation is given. No work life balance at all. Forget about job security. The policies of the company will make you cry.

There is nothing likeable about this company. The only good thing here is that you can improve your English speaking skills by interacting with clients from abroad. And no one helps you to build that skill. You urself gotta do everything. With high employee turnover rate, this place feels like a jail (collective opinion of most of the employees who dont wanna be a part of the dirty politics).
