Competitive compensation and Friday lunches are positives. In my experience, things were good due to a supportive team, but stability lasts only as long as you remain in the organization.

Dislikes

Frequent large-scale layoffs create a highly uncertain work environment. If you prioritize stability or seek a secure organization, this may not be the right fit. Performance and effort may not guarantee job security, as decisions can be abrupt and unexpected. Additionally, management practices leave much to be desired.

Work life balance, not much micromanagement, helpful people.

Although I am new and not experienced, i heard appraisals and promotions are not very lucrative. And people talk about firings happening around.

A lot of good benefits with annual health checkup. Eye checkup, Dental checkup. Reimbursement for Fitness.

Dislikes

Job security is a small concern. There has be 3 phases of WFR during my 1 yr 8 months with the company. As long as the employee is able to prove the worth to the org, this shouldn't be too much of a concern.

No job security, work life balance and too much pressure to perform. The managers are never satisfied with the contributions from your side.

- No work life balance - Worked for them on weekends, still no consideration of time I put towards them - Bad management - Show off is prioritised over employee benefit - No growth opportunity - No teamwork, everyone trying to throw others under the bus, specially the contractors
