I wish Mohit and Amit Jain should read this. Each and every sentence is true. Very un-professional working environment. Both brothers Mohit and Amit are Gunda they hire goons to beat employees even they beat employees themselves with rod also, they have done this multiple times they have history of torturing employees physically and mentally. They are facing so many criminal cases against them in several courts.

Dislikes

There is no sunday monday in S.M Auto Parts. They are going to take your Month last sunday 100%. They open office even on Diwali, 26 Jan or even 15 Aug also. During every month end they hold you till mid night. Work culture, Mohit and Amit Jain will increase your target once you achieve again and again multiple times within the month, you have zero job security they can fire you anytime, even they don't provide experience certificate also. They try there 200% to ruin your career once you leave there organisation.

Very drastically bad behaviour with employees of marketing. Ruduly abusing and beating of DSR and MSR by Director Amit jain and Mohit Jain. Both brother are 1100 crores turnover business man but his nature is like Gunda and burgolous voice of abusing anyone.
