...of SIS India limited and basically it best policy for the benefits of employees. In this company Salary is on time, Fair PMP, Best work culture and many more good things. Col. Sukumar Sudhakar is wonderful President who has the capability to grow the company.

Yes there are but 2 or 3. One is coordination in the departmental head need to improve. One person whose name can't be disclosed but he is spoiling the culture as he don't deserve that senior position and at many incidents he was very unprofessional.

Salary and Staff Welfare are quite well.

As the SLV Security taken over by SIS, it seems downward graph from the point of view of Job Security, Appraisal, Work Satisfaction. The culture of company is pathetic on human ground and no sense to talk/treat employees as well as politics and so many HODs for a single person/department. As the SIS listed in SEBI, so they have their own motive of Profit in market and doesn't matter of staff job security.

...adhikari apne aap ko bhagwan samajhte hain, kisi guard ki koi sunwai nahi hoti . mein khud as a guard SLV me service kiya hoon, salary se 3 din ki salary supervisor Pawan Verma aur Area officer Devi Singh Thakur ne chori kiya tha jiska maine virodh kiya to mujhe naukari chhodne par majboor kar diya. Isliye Jo company apne guard ka haq na dilwa sake aur uske adhikari khuleaam guardon ka shoshan karte hon, wo company kaise best ho sakti hai.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but area officer and supervisor a salary theef . My 3 days salary is thept by supervisor and Area officer.

Actually I dislike the branch services, after given the full and final (03/12/2021) till my exit date is not send to EPFO, and for this my PF is not withdrawal through online, it always show that your exit date is not mention by your company. Now your tell me is it a good service ???

In This Company i Have Never use to Say About Salary it is the best part of this company & I Really Apreciate it & All The Seniors are verry helpfull & always giving helping hand to us in our job role & the work environment is also excillent because we have to do work without any loadout.
