There is a lot of politics the management does not adders our issues sallery is decent but career groth is very slow there is a bond of 5 years on the job traning is not given to new joinees

i wanna say only six thing about the company. 1 office environment is good . 2 salary according to your work good but also not good. 3 you can develop your skill in excel and communication . 4 No timing issue i mean if you are late 4 to 5 time company will not cut your salary. 5 you can take 2 holiday in month without any salary cut. 6 the Team here very help full. 7 job security is good here and also no heavy burden you will face here. Note: i am telling here only about the computer work because i am working here as a mis .

if i say what i dislike here. 1 you can face here team politics. 2 salary increment not so good if you are telecallera and computer operator. 3 if your work here 3 to 4 year there is no guarantee you get promotion.
