Execution & Decision Making was very fast. Under the leadership of my reporting manager Ms. Shalini Saxena got the opportunity to learn and develop from Management Trainee HR handling core recruitment portfolio to Executive HR handling the Talent Management portfolio of entire sales team.

Dislikes

Salary benefits in specific to inclusion in statutory compliance was not satisfactory. Getting new assignment in HR function, was never given a nod from management.

i wanna say only six thing about the company. 1 office environment is good . 2 salary according to your work good but also not good. 3 you can develop your skill in excel and communication . 4 No timing issue i mean if you are late 4 to 5 time company will not cut your salary. 5 you can take 2 holiday in month without any salary cut. 6 the Team here very help full. 7 job security is good here and also no heavy burden you will face here. Note: i am telling here only about the computer work because i am working here as a mis .

if i say what i dislike here. 1 you can face here team politics. 2 salary increment not so good if you are telecallera and computer operator. 3 if your work here 3 to 4 year there is no guarantee you get promotion.

There is more technical work in comparison to practical work And There are very few chances of getting a promotion.

Good work environment and culture. Management is very good and supportive. Company policies are good they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The salary is low for offroles. And the career growth is slow.
