Execution & Decision Making was very fast. Under the leadership of my reporting manager Ms. Shalini Saxena got the opportunity to learn and develop from Management Trainee HR handling core recruitment portfolio to Executive HR handling the Talent Management portfolio of entire sales team.
Salary benefits in specific to inclusion in statutory compliance was not satisfactory. Getting new assignment in HR function, was never given a nod from management.
