The company culture is really good.but very less opportunity to grow,no skill development,no fast growth But employee entertainment is good they arrange small programs to keep employee entertain. Cafeteria can be improved,work culture can be improved. Transport facilities needs to improve No work from home is the main reason to leave job.

...though if you're an experience candidate and skill full. No Job security at all. They will ask us to work on weekend too, without any pay.

Well it was good experience, Job Security is good and team leader support is good,it’s a good company for the freshers, I learn many things at SLK. There are various growth opportunities are there....... Really am missing slk......😊
