I unlike that here is not value of degree. All is equal here. Company situated at rural area and there is no means transport either.

I like working at sleek brake products in process at shop floor, there are Every staff in meeting and conversation each other and plant head ask questions from everyone how many piece OK how many pieces reject nd decipline mention good opportunity of shop floor person. I take care produced material from 45 press machine. A good platform for learning and also senior help me for working.

Dislikes

I dislike working at sleek brake products sampla. Some machine situated here then some machine situated there due to a lot of problem created from inspection. There are not good combination quality & production person. Boths are cheating. There are no any training provide in sleek brake products.

Company has a good environment and policies are very good company is running in shift A, B, C shifts and incentives also provided by company after achieving target

Some of Teams Like HR Management is good but they have nothing to training new engineer/manager like skill development, personality development A lack of good leadership between managers and engineer's due to ego of managers. Company need's to change some of their managers who are making a better working place to stressful place &also abusive behavior of the mangers
