In SLN IT Solutions work atmosphere is pretty decent, Open to share our knowledge, very must respect to our suggestions, As it is a start up company work pressure will be high. As i said it is star up we can learn more in skill & Technology but in career growth we can't except much, Salary is descent & work life will be very much balance.

SLN IT Solutions is a very good for freshers who wants to learn skills & technology. As it is a start up appraisal will be their but mid appraisal is not their based on performance. The work pressure is very high and i have worked even Sunday's.
