I am very grateful to start my career from this company.Either for fresher or for experience this platform will help you to groom yourself in your career.There is lot of things to learn and even boss is so polite that if there is problem related to your work then he only ready to help you.No politics at all.Everyone in his office are of helpful nature.

As fresher starting 1 year is of struggle period.But according to performance drastic change in salary.No cons.
