No managers in important departments. Terrible work culture. No encouragement. Do nothing provide holidays or leavea. Provide salary with unnecessary deductions.

I've had the privilege of working at Skyquest Technology, and one aspect that truly stands out is the transparent communication channels. The leadership team is approachable, and there's a genuine effort to keep everyone well-informed about the company's goals, strategies, and ongoing projects.
