IF YOU WORK IN THE QUALITY OR ENGINEERING OR PROCESS OR R&D DEPARTMENTS ITS BETTER WHY BECAUSE BY WORKING IN THESE DEPARTMENTS YOU CAN EARN KNOWLEDGE.THERE IS NO CHANCE OF GAINING ANY KIND OF KNOWLEDGE IN PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT WHERE YOU MUST DO WORK HARD IKE A MACHINE ALL TIME FOR THE SAKE OF REACHING THE DAILY TARGETS

THE SALARIES PAID TO EMLOYEES ARE VERY LESS AS COMAPRED TO ALL OTHER COPANIES AND ALSO THERE IS NO FUTURE IN THIS COMPANY AND THE WORKING CONDITIONS ARE NOT SO GOOD WHERE YOU MUST STAND THROUGH OUT THE SHIFT(8 hrs)
