Salary growth is good if you are given a top level employee. Good opportunity for a local Jamnagar resident.

Work life balance is terrible. No leave policy. You dont get any festival leave. 9 marathon hours work with 6 days a week makes you mentally ill. No opportunity to develop your skills. No other allowances are given. No job security. You won't get paid if you tries to leave the job. 2 month salary to be paid back by employee. No medical insurance. No PF. No occasional celebrations. Its Just a disaster firm running by a proprietor.

Nothing to like. If there's an minus rating available I will give in minus. Bad environment, nothing to learn, no team, stupid staff and management. If you want to learn and grow please don't join. Indirect criticism and politics.
