The company culture is awesome. It feels like a family. No one wants to take aa leave even. Every moring we feel so excited and bleseed to be part of this organisation.

Employees have less confidence but the company involves everyone in the activities apart from work to build up the skills and competencies.

1.Apart from work related to our job,there were many events like interpersonal skill development,meetings on do's and donts .company provided Library where we can enhance our knowledge ,day to day review by seniors,weekly interaction with Manager and monthly interaction with directors makes employees more motivated and work enthusiastically. 2. Everyone assigned a topic, to present before everyone on every friday for half and hour ,which enhances skills how to communicate, present and be bold. 3. Required Facilities were provided like First - Aid ,Tea,Gym and one hour break. Reward for best performer of month and year also.
