Salary is too delay , like they hold salary of 1 month . Relative of higher authorities are working on every site and they get more preferences. Working time se 7 am to 7 pm

...esult of which I have no other choice left other then to resign from my work....I resigned and they hold my salary. It was not a good practice form a employer to there employee.

Nothing to like. All are corrupted there. Never join.

1. No Job security they can kick any time. 2. No increment. 3. Never release the last salary and always raise issue to clearance. 4. Salary always 2 months delay 5. No leave 6. always ready to deduct the salary. 7. Never join skylark 8. Bad politics 9. Always hold the salary if you are planned the leave or on leave. 10. Have lot of things to share about.

Too much politics in HR dept. For HR dept staffs leave their job. Over all very bad.

Staffs salary hold on there leave. Last month salary never release when you resign from job. Salary delay for one month.

...d the management is very bad There is a huge gap between manager and employees. Company policies are very bad, appraisals are unfair and they give salary but they don't give bouns on time

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
