Too much politics in HR dept. For HR dept staffs leave their job. Over all very bad.

Staffs salary hold on there leave. Last month salary never release when you resign from job. Salary delay for one month.

Office Decoration and Fittings. Good for those who are not getting jobs. Even better for those who are illiterate and cannot work. Basically good who can remain deft and dumb.

...usive langauge. Extreme level of Non professionalism. Totally a family run show. 2 to 3 months salary delay. Unprofessional HR. Will deduct leave even for election day. No ethics. Too bad CRM

Salary is too delay , like they hold salary of 1 month . Relative of higher authorities are working on every site and they get more preferences. Working time se 7 am to 7 pm

...d the management is very bad There is a huge gap between manager and employees. Company policies are very bad, appraisals are unfair and they give salary but they don't give bouns on time

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
