They introduce you to many new things but you have to learn and manage everything by yourself. I wish they work on their working process and the office culture so employee can work happily there.

Dislikes

There is no job security. They made false promises at the time of interview/ joining and after sometime when you ask for the promise they made earlier, they put there so meaningless conditions. There is no work culture. You just have to sit there for a whole day no breaks are there.. You have to finish your lunch withing 10 mins and back to work.. There is no process of working

Good Environment and culture. Company provides you best training and exposure to their employee .I am proud to be part of this organisation as during the time of pandemic they provide best facilities to their employee as they allow work from home and they were providing the salary to their employee. The biggest support we got is the job security. When number of companies are revising it's policy to fire its employee because of number of projects are getting ramped down which results in losses,there is no sign of fire from Skylar. Not only job security,but also helping financially ,as they were also providing the internet bills on monthly basis. Overall ,I am satisfied

I don't feel any negative about working at Skylar.

Likes

Work culture is very friendly, supportive and encouraging. The bond between high-level and middle level is extremely praisful.

Dislikes

Nothing...as such. I believe I am satisfied with everything. I am really liking this work environment, and hope to stands out with this company for long-run.
