Not many good points to talk about…Just I can say DO NOT JOIN Skycore.

Dislikes

Lots on micro management and focuses on non technical things which are useless, Policies changes every day. Involves HR even in technical topics 👎🏻

Likes

"Time Doctor" it will monitor you every time. Even manager asks you while working from home you were not doing anything as there is no activity on keyboard for an hour. Management is worst company product is really good lots of things to learn.

Time Doctor It will surely a reason ppl leaving organisation and really bad management.

They have fixed 8 working hours which needs to be completed so no extra work.

Dislikes

Strict work hours. They have tool to keep track of time. They even track idle time and later ask you reason for idle time spent. No fixed policy, it keeps on changing based on employees. No maternity benefit.

You get to work on in depth oops concept. They follow coding standards which makes easy to understand somebody else's code.

Dislikes

I dislike 8hrs login on machine, some unnecessary rules & restrictions. They don't provide any kinda help like downloads or overview of the project, to new joinee. I dislike the work environment as in mumbai's office there is a Boss who does bossing all the time. He doesn't value individuals opinion. He is good in creating unnecessary rules, & he wants everybody to follow them except him. which is unfair.
