...y try to hire the needy person with less salary from other steel manufacturers. No bonus, gratuity etc.

Since owner ( JMD) sitting in plant itself and look after all operations and maintenance activities personally, policies and strategies change every hour/ days

Power plant design is good and equipment is quite reliable. Good maintenance practices are being followed

Remote location. All employees are not being provided with accommodation near to power generation plant. This is a limiting factor.
