Since owner ( JMD) sitting in plant itself and look after all operations and maintenance activities personally, policies and strategies change every hour/ days

This company gives you a 100% failure satisfaction..Management has so much ego problem,every month they fire..no matters how company goes..HR Head don't have a knowledge ..every employee survival is his own hand.

Good working environment with freedom to take decision and very positive management, caring for employees and adequate appraisals from time to time A very good place to work who believe to work honestly.

Power plant design is good and equipment is quite reliable. Good maintenance practices are being followed

Dislikes

Remote location. All employees are not being provided with accommodation near to power generation plant. This is a limiting factor.
