Low Salary, Ten hour work shift , penalty system even for silly mistakes , no filter or RO for drinking water, Marwari favouritism, no need for engineers there the job can be done by 12th pass guys. No canteen. You can get fined for putting your arms on your colleague shoulder. They make you write apology letter if you make any silly mistake. And will deduct money from your Salary increment. One day absent will deduct money from your Salary increment. They deduct double PF from your Salary but in salary slip will show only one .

No like,only disadvantages,Worst company,worst MD ,they deduct to many days salary in a month, without any reasons.

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
