...ew years at the group level. e.g. Showcasing is more important than actual work. The pay structure is not tax friendly.

I like the culture followed in SKP tricor. Management always care about there employees and it very well reflects from their behaviour with us. Also the work i have done in SKP is also so mcuh learnings and full of opportunities. The employee benefits and increment rates are bit low. But very less politics is there. Hence you can have mental satisfaction there.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such to dislike about SKP. I'm really thankful to God for being the part of organization. I have learnt a lot. Just that in monetary terms we feel a bit of at lower side as compared tk the other friends who have passed CA together with me.

You get everything to do from a to z in case of accounting and taxation. Best company to learn and get new skills.

Managers are not professional they are rude and try to take benefit of personal life of employees
