The nature of the job works are moderated as my 8th months of experience where... Also the colleague and seniors are meet as friendly.... Company have achieved a reputed name in their job work that they are doing in GIS, oil and gas pipeline consultancy in such a field.

Dislikes

The main disadvantage of company for new joinee is low package...the company is not able to provide average and high package to new joinee whatever if they have good skill or well educated

Work culture and the environment is bad. Such a bad team leader who teases girls and he is not capable of leading a team because he doesn't have that qualities. There is a senior who claims that he is the senior most employ in that office and works under the team leader and that's completely okay but his attitude is he's the boss of that company. There is another person named as sanju such a bulshit guy idk why is he in that office. I'll suggest not to join that company if you want to grow.

Skp projects is good company specially for new comers & freshers to learn & develop theirself so it is worth to join but for exp people it is not a good destiny to start.

Dislikes

For exp. People it is not good to join skp they get knowledge and work from that person and then play politics & kick off that guy from their firm as well as no good seniours they have to guide you about the project.
