The company has a highly unstable work environment. They tend to hire quickly when there's a heavy project load, but once the work slows down, your position is often at risk. There's little to no job security, and employees can find themselves let go without much warning. If you're looking for a secure position, don't go for it. As Skootr is a co-working company. All business depends on seats sold and profit. Which may inpact the Appraisal to delay by 1-3 months.
