Avoid SKO Systems - A Warning from Experience. If you are considering SKO Systems, Here's My honest experience... 1. Toxic Work Culture: The company operates on a hire-and-fire philosophy. The owner is Suresh Kundru, his wife, Sireesha Kundru, and her PA Rohan micromanage every department... 2. Zero Professionalism: No work ethics, no escalation or complaint management processes, no work-life balance and, absolutely no company culture... 3. False Promises: I was hired as a Sr. Scrum Master/Project Manager with a salary revision after three months of probation. Instead, they extended my probation by three more months, citing confusion about my role, and assessed me on undefined KPIs... 4. Exploitive Practices: Forced to work late nights (often 1-3 AM). Without proper onboarding, OJT, or Handovers. They expect immediate results without any support or clarity... 5. Unethical Layoffs: I was abruptly asked to leave with no notice or compensation, despite of dedicating months of efforts, including designing and delivering Agile and Scrum Training programs for the entire organisation... My Recommendation: Do not join SKO Systems. If you do, get every promise in writing, document your work meticulously, and be prepared for the worst... With 19+ years of experience, this has been the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. Save yourself the frustration and damage to your career... Thanks for taking the time to read this...
