- CEO - The CEO coming from the USA to "Fix things" in India, LOL!!!. The Dude single-handedly made the whole tech/ml team resign. Next-level skill. In a single trip, he almost closed the company. - No respect for employees "Leave if you want, the doors are open". - Not so good CTO, definitely a nice guy, but not the perfect CTO. Honestly, no idea what he does in the company. Talked to him so many times, good conversations, a good friend, but as a CTO I cannot rate him good. - 100% remote to 100% Onsite. - Destroyed the good working culture and team. - Absolutely no "tech MOAT" or "product MOAT" - Barely surviving company. - HR is a joke. Again good people, stupid decisions.

This company is being led by a juvenile CEO who has no idea what he should do with the funding money - decisions and visions change faster than a baby’s diaper Company is insecure about its image to the extent that they dispute negative Glassdoor reviews and beg current employees to write good reviews for them but not intelligent enough to look within and resolve the root cause of this problem The CEO has pretty much hired a team of yes-men who are not necessarily good at their jobs, but know to never question his erratic moves and actions None of the clients I had the opportunity to witness had a good impression of this company Zero focus on product or customer service - they’re just headless chickens basking in the sun while funding runs out

Dislikes

No job security even when you as individual or as a team are performing. Think before you leave your current organisation to join this. Management seems to be itself unclear on scale, growth plans and business strategy w.r.t markets thereby expanding and winding up as per their will and thereby experimenting and impacting the people which they onboarded as a part of planned hiring.

For a while, even with WFH, the team was working like a well oiled machine.. but once the rules & management started drastically changing & layoff rumours started, it got bad real fast.

Dislikes

Leadership team runs around like headless chickens, while the CEO is adamant & doesn't listen to anyone.
