Nil Job security. Terrible work- life balance, poor working environment where no one listens to you (Neither your Boss and nor your subordinates). Sometimes, it feels that upper management is not interested in completion of projects. Few people with flattering abilities are enjoying well. None of your recommendations are accepted, niether your achievements are recognized. It's only for those people who are not getting job elsewhere. Also, when you a complete a project, this company will force you to resign after insulting you.

They didn't give in your own work. 2) upper management is also throst. 3) without no reason they are forced for resigning on your position. 4) fully wrost HR division on uluberia plant.
