Overall good company . Salary structure n benifits are good. Friendly environment. training docket provided after joing.halping environment .they provide good incentives also. Work culture is smooth.

Jinki jada salary hai unko call karke bolte hai ki job chhodo nahi to terminate kar denge or 10/15 hajar salary deke dusri nai lakiya rakhte hai

... to take 350+ calls daily & even after that if your talktime is not more than 2.5 hours they will deduct your salary. They are even deducting incentives of employee with there pathetic rules & regulations. Overall they think employees are there family members & treat employees as there enemies. Company don't have leads in there bucket. Even when you mark customer as DND call will be connected to the same customer. They don't have fresh leads in budget. There marketing team is sleeping. Also the management is very poor. HR & VP sits together to make new new rules also you will not get favourable response from the HR.If you are looking for career this company is not right for you. Terrible 😔

I don't like anything about this company from day one. I find this company unprofessional.

...y ever. They signed the agreement and then change policy accordingly their will. Which impact on employees salary and their mental health. Don't expect good salary on Time from this company. They bring up reasons for penalties and rules. In four month i have received only 1 salary. I would never recommend this company to anyone. And there is no support from anyone not even HR

There are job security is not available.you have to present 24/7.if you feel sick and you want leave more than one week then there are no leave policy available ta skinnsi.you need to resignation if you fall down sick any movement.it's my real experience.i want to share withyou.thank.you.

...ey don't have any policy for employees.ex: like no extra leave no medical leave.you need to present 25 days every month by any cost if you mot present then you not aligible for salary.
