There are job security is not available.you have to present 24/7.if you feel sick and you want leave more than one week then there are no leave policy available ta skinnsi.you need to resignation if you fall down sick any movement.it's my real experience.i want to share withyou.thank.you.

If you want only earn money then go for it but company work culture is pathetic.they don't have any policy for employees.ex: like no extra leave no medical leave.you need to present 25 days every month by any cost if you mot present then you not aligible for salary.

There is no work lifee balance.you have to present every day.the have metting in any time example: you complete your 9 hour shift and after that they have meet in the night and thi thing happened 3 ,4 time in the month

TL Afreen PC is doing politics with her team and not at all supportive. Going against policies of company. TL is doing castism in his group. Coffee machine,toilet tissue is removed due to crosscutting which is very bad. Working condition is not good.

Except my colleagues. I didn't like anything at Skinnsi. The company culture is very much bad. You will not get individual week off , you will have to take week off with the team & after 8 days they give week off. On national holidays & festival they will force you to work. Company VP is concern only with sales not with employee. Company investor name Shri makes all the rules regarding work hours. You will have to take 350+ calls daily & even after that if your talktime is not more than 2.5 hours they will deduct your salary. They are even deducting incentives of employee with there pathetic rules & regulations. Overall they think employees are there family members & treat employees as there enemies. Company don't have leads in there bucket. Even when you mark customer as DND call will be connected to the same customer. They don't have fresh leads in budget. There marketing team is sleeping. Also the management is very poor. HR & VP sits together to make new new rules also you will not get favourable response from the HR.If you are looking for career this company is not right for you. Like? People who have been working since 7 to 8 months haven't figured out. What the hell is there to like here! You can just make good friends and chill nothing else to like.

Dislikes

One of the worst place to be as a fresher or as an experienced. No proper policy. No proper holidays. You don't get your full salary too, they deduct and they don't tell the reason. No fixed timings at all. You'll have to be prepared to forget going home on time. Management is poor and No one stays in this company for a long time.
