Many things are there to say about dislikes, I worked here for 1 month as business development intern and i didn't got single rupee salary. In the offer letter they mentioned they will pay 15k fixed but they didn't payed me a single rupee instead of this they terminated me without proper reason and they giving lot of reasons for not paying salary which is not acceptable and not mentioned in the offer letter. And work timing is very bad, they mentioned 11am to 8pm in offer letter but they made us to work till 9:30pm . Giving lot of pressure, no proper breaks and not even respect. Worst company it is. I personally advice to everyone don't trap to their fake CTC promises they don't even give you a salary you expected. Better work in other field at least you get salary.

...uch we are doing sales. In short they mentioned fake things in the offer letter. They didn't gave us salary on time. There was no fixed time for working. If you will do sales you can go on time otherwise you have to wait until unless they will not say to go. Environment is not at all good. We complained to our placement coordinator about these all things.

They didn't give an proper salary...in training period I have done more than a sale..but they didn't consider..the sale must be fully paid ..and they will give incentive... And i applied resignation ... Waste of time..

Sales target needs to be completed. BDA should be dedicated to work

Leaves rarely allowed Base pay is not fixed if target not achieved No proper leads working hours is too much Cant take extra break

Learns how businesses work and train to understand customer mindset. Team leaders are supportive and understanding. Working hours gives time to spend morning time at home. Good coffee to drink.

Dislikes

Commission-based salary. Sales environment pressure.
