Department co ordination is not up to the level Employees are treated worst Salary payment are delayed. many employees salaries are not settled no proper resolution on Employees queries

Company is so bad and that doesn't Prosses the salary and other expenses. And no of people where not sportive and all people think I am best and owner of the company. Which is very bad for an organization. I feel so bad in this company and not get my salary from last 3 months and also not get the expense. It's too bad.

Dislikes

Here no one is a good person and not well know about the skill and they think I am the best. Never hear any ideas from joiner person.

I joined SkillSonics because it is leading company in skilling and is using best training methodology -Swiss pedagogy to impart skills. Apart from it I joined it because it works all over india. More chances of travelling across the country and meeting and learning with new people. As a technical lead I met 100s of people and travelled 10+ states in past 10 months. Salaries on time. People are very helpful.

Dislikes

Sometimes work gets stressful since company has many projects running simultaneously but if one can handle that stress, here's so much to learn

very good projects. I learn most in 1 yer here. The CEO id fundu IIT guy.. but hate lazy guys. Got promotion in 9 months, but went to another city and quit.

bangaluru team is lazy and compalining. Pune is good.
