On the ground team is excellent. They are well skilled and understand the ownership. This company is fantastic for freshers or junior developers. year appraisal hike is better than tier 1 companies.

One resources is assigned to multiple projects like 20% in Proj A, 50% in Proj B and 30% in Proj C. This is practically not possible for focused work. Pathetic senor management. Almost 0 connect from senor management with management profiles (specifically India team). Perception and assumption based appraisal process. NO appreciation in whole year or until any project is delivered. Worst profile is PM or Sr. PM. No vertical growth exists. only 15 leaves in a year.

Bad work life. Rotational shift. Poor management. If you are fresher then they will tell will give the development work after joining they will add you in support role. Less increment happens.

Best company for women and men as well. Management is best of the best Work life balance, very cooperative manager. Multiple projects company have. Very good hike for freshers

The company is worked on retail technology like xstore,rpos,oms and provide technical support also.I am the part of team that xstore and technical support.On-site travel is completely dependant on your project and client location.

Client calls in the evening and sometimes late night.The work perssure is high sometimes.Also,there is on-job traning for fresher provided but not proper way.Senior folks have guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometime.

Office Culture is not good. Higher Management owns the company. Your complaints & concerns are not heard. HR also supports the managers even though they are treating the subordinates badly. Always mental pressure is felt. They do micromanagement. Do not treat all employees in the same way. If u work in this company, ur mental peace will be gone.
