... share you or let you learn anything 5. all the work takes only mere 30 mins 6. no pay 7. The certificate and the LOR are no work for you as you didn't learn anything. 8. They try to sell/let you do work of different profiles in the name of learning. but the reality is that the other department people are trying to put their minuscule or extra work on top of your head by extending your internship and telling you "ohh! we like your work and we want you to learn something extra/ special skills"

All they care is their own benefit. They have to do nothing about the employee's learning. I worked here as SMM a intern. Got to learn nothing in this profile. Instead they gave me HR works. I learned a bit about HR profile only.

Dislikes

They never do anything for their employees/interns career growth. They force the interns to get them leads. They Assign illogical tasks that has nothing to do with the learning part.
