It was a placement company and didnt have any issues with the org. They have provided expected CTC and didnt discuss about any bonus or allowances. Management is super friendly and I didnt have any issue with the team.

It is a good experience to be a part of the Skilliantech family since it is good learning experience and getting good experience. The Company officials and HR Spocs are very supportive and transparent.Skillntech founder & MD Mr. Sudheer Devulapally is a friendly person and easily approachable and always try to motive his employees and make them comfortable with them. Dislikes

The Work Pressure sometimes at the high level and Salary hike and revision doesn't happen even after completing a well hardworking one year though. Also on few occasions the respective HR SPOC doesn't respond to the dropped email consisting of few generic HR related queries.
