My team members were good. ( But they all left)

... checkout time was 11 PM, but it was normal to work for 2-4 hours extra per day. Salaries are always delayed you can expet you salary between 13th to 20th of the month. There is always Blam game in the leadership. There is no carrier growth or apprasial (If you do somthing extraodinary you can except the raise of 8% - 10%). Health Insurance is mentioned in the offer letter but never provided after joining ( If asked about health insurance they say will get back to you soon). They can terminate you anytime without providing any proper reason, If you think they will give you notice period then you are expecting to much they didn't even provide compensation promised in the appoinment letter. After termination you must wait around 55 days to receive your pending salary. (they says every thing will be cleared within 45 days) Getting an experience letter requires multiple emails due to poor record keeping.

Job security is not there, not a single month salary credited on time... always delay in salary, no promotion, no increment, sudden change in terms and policies

There is no work life balance & you never know they will fire you anytime. The CEO is Pakistani and he have a very bad mentality about Indians.

No vision. Incomplete upper management, they don’t even have idea how to manage their team. Never hire your family members. They hardly show up to work when some escalations come up and whenever team needs them they talk say I am not here to sit with you I am a director, lol. Abusive culture and they ask employees for forceful resignations. No job security, they keep changing the team after every 1-2yrs. And gives performance reasons. Never recommend this sinking and toxic environment.

A lot of pressure and there is no job security. We have every week targets that are horrible and there is no correct job training for the new comers. I left my job because of pressure and mental tension.
