Great company for the fellows looking for career in New Product Development. Their is lots of work freedom and has no boundaries for learning.

Dislikes

Production, Tool Room and Quality departments are not supportive when it comes to Development of New Product. Food can be better.

Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive. There is no cafeteria and gaming arcade for anything.company policies are wrost ever, appraisal s are very poor for lower level employee .Please don't expect anything's.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
