It is used to be a good company but from this year management has changed at Thieves and goons are in the management they threaten you every now and then point you out for no reason

Work culture and their unprofessional managers and area manager, they don't know how to speak to their staff, very pathetic, I recommend people who wants to join Skechers don't look for work environment

Faced unethical behaviour and non cooperation from HR. Resigned due to unfair behaviour of my manager towards me but still no action has been taken by HR. Almost most of the employees resigned from same department during that year still no action has been taken. I loved working in the company just the team made me to resign.

The company has a great work culture with no unnecessary work pressure and a healthy, supportive environment. It’s truly a pleasure to work here!

The company lacks opportunities for learning and growth. There’s no distinction in roles or contributions, as everyone is treated the same regardless of their efforts or skills.
