When doing work in skdrdp we can't learn new skills and knowledge. Can not upgrade professional life style...

I like build relationships with people, People have lots of trust for skdrdp it's helpful platform for the basis people. We can find lowest interest rate in this even what ever the PPL wants they will achieve in this skdrdp, it's connecting hearts to the rich and poor people in this skdrdp it's given a common respect for each employee and customer also. Of course skdrdp is good NGO to utilize my skills , they give a time if we have good creative skills and that company provide good working atmosphere also . But , according to me in that company only seniors get promotions (who have more experience in their orgn.)

Here is No value to new commers, based on seniority and experience basis only they give promotions . But new guys are good their job but that's not noticed by them
