The culture setup by founders was good which includes 15 minutes zumba/power yoga + 15 minutes meditation which starts with a mantra which was compulsory for each and everyone to chant just before lunch. The concept nature of business was great and more profitable.

Dislikes

There are alot things to dislike, I'll tell you one by one. They provided a laptop around 8-10 years old with pathetic display which can lead you to wear specs even if you don't. I refused to use that they asked me to select a laptop and share that link with the IT executive. I did that but theit IT executive has different obsession and personal love with Lenovo laptops 😅 he forcibly issued that lenovo laptop which even costed much more than i suggested. After that they didn't have proper seating arrangements not even for themselves anybody sitting anywhere. The most pathetic part was Vidit kamboj so called founders uneducated unqualified son who don't even know how to talk walk sit and even eat. It's like Ambani handing over his businesses to his son Anant and ruining all the business. My manager was Manisha she is different level bhaisahab. She has a lot of problems and those are shared by herself. She has a problem of zoning out and jumping between topics, she has a problem of amnesia, she has bp problems, short tempered, bossy nature, not willing to understand listen not even comprehensive. Rest of the employees were good and Loved to interact with them but system is all fcuked up. They'll call you all 7 days and aks you to take compoff and take leave only if necessary and according to their work conditions. No decorum, no structure, no punctuality, no sincerity, no professionalism, no training, no development, company is registered 25 years back and still they don't have any team no Hr, no seating arrangements, i was the first project co-ordinator for this company in 25 years and still no pre onboarding set-ups, no training meterial, no one to ask who my TL is who my manager is whom should i report to who is going to assign me tasks who is responsible for other HR related company related answers to the questions. No one , No one even knew about for what purpose I'm in this circus. 😂😂 A whole new experience to work/survive in a zoo. All of a sudden they asked me to leave in just 16 days and without proper reason only thing she is repeating was we didn't match expectations 😂 then for what purpose you took 3 rounds of interview feeling lonely or what? She was not even ready to reimburse the expenses those were faced by me to serve your requirements. I fought for that i claimed that but still she refused to pay me 170 rs for a toffee box🫡. Now calculate the expenses those were faced by the poor founder who don't even know what is going on 😂 CTC 6 LPA for 20 days= 23/24k New laptop= 30k Onboarding kit= 500rs Hiring partner/consulting services= 50k Reimbursement= 500 Miscellaneous expenses total= around 1 lakh 👍🥲
