Per months salary deduction to Diwali bonus and not provide to diwali and ESIC employee benefits not provide because company claim to employee working timing off then back home and accident on the way and 6 months as me your accident report no submit and 6 months employees claim loss because HR not hear this company February 2022 6 months job less and financially problem but company not support employees
