It is an outsourcing company. However before outsourcing to the clients they will analyze your skills and clear the gaps by giving proper training to you on the client required skills that you lack. Overall there is a learning scope in this organization. One will be trained on multiple skillsets. Multiple activities will be conducted during the festival seasons to bring the joy among all the associates.

Recruits beautiful girl as HRs, but they leaves frequently.

It's an outsourcing org. No customer base, running with very less projects. HRs frequently changes, doesn't matter about employee notice periods. Layoffs at any point of time. No Job security at all. Think several times before joining.
