Nothing, just don't go by its name and foreign mnc. Everything inside the organisation is really very bad.

•Worst company to work for, management is worst. No employee benefit policies. •They treat their junior employees as nothing and most important thing FEMALES SHOULD NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. •Also before joining they say you will be on Sk Enmove payroll but in reality it was 3rd party payroll on the date of joining. •HR head - will try different methods of going out with you and if you deny he will make your life hell in office. Totally not supportive and will blame all your hardwork. Will try different methods for touching also. •They will hire you in HR position and give work of other departments like marketing and invoicing along with current work.

The work culture is very bad there is no job security Infact the behavior very badly to the employee and ruined employee career for no reason i have a very bad experience with this organization one of the worth experience in my entire 6year career

They are supporting by maintaining the formalities provided by government. But they don't reduce your target as placed by you earlier . Thus if you can't achieve that target in this covid -19 period then you will be ask to give resignation letter after 6 months .

Dislikes

The HR does not have much experience and has only knowledge of book which they have read . They don't have any market reality knowledge. There is no work culture every one calls every one by his or her name Instead of calling sir or madam even to the seniors 😂😂

Product quality is extremely good and its a strong brand on international arena, however, it will take more time to be familiar in India.

Despite of a very unique range of products, its indian plans are not very aggressive.

There is no proper planning & vision of business. They are of short time business planners not a long time business professional .No power to any managers ( or) Regional managers even. No respect for sales team HR & Finance will finalize the target & scheams .
