Management is very poor Deducting big amount of salary for any event, safety shoes, uniforms and fnf. No Diwali Gift in this company but owner is Indian (Neeraj Redhu) No leave policy (SL,CL &PL) in this company No Bonus, No gratuity They will fire you before your gratuity complete. Client is only the priority not their employees even if client is wrong and employee is right. Overall not a good company

There is no growth in this company nor is there any appreciations from seniors, they are also paid in less salary, these people have as many sites as they have its too poor sites mostly ameriprise financial pvt ltd this site is very poor bad environment in the company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... positive mind. There is lots of learning and carrier growing opportunities. as compare to other companies,the salary package is also appreciated and after joining in this company i really fill that i have a secure job.

Dislikes

Sometime there is such a high work load that disturb the wok-life balance. The facility which is provided to employees by the company need to be increase.
