There to much politics on senior level they take our credits and make us work, manager here makes fake promise to new joiner, give to much work. In my case the manager didn't let me learn documentation, always targetted me. Name is Sambhaji kolhe assistant quality manager

This maybe for specific site, I feel employees are pushed to unbearable amount of work, even on Sundays also. No comp offs are given for works on Sundays. Job hours are extended.

...policies & sop's are best and all staff follows that...also management is good.. salary is on time between 4 to 8th of every month.... company create profile for new employee on their portal or app...In this cmpny if u have talant & extra skills so u grow & shine faster than others...very transparancy in work....yearly increment comes which is on ur performance that is held on site quarterly for each staff by their senior with explanation on the basis of behaviour with coworkers, conflicts record etc etc..very best for built a career here....also conduct training, oln lectures for new technologies used in const. Soft skill, etc

Everything is good till ur working good, u got good increment in salary every year, ur team and boss teach u a lot, compny kept learning program in every month

... MGT. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW, WHEN YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR JOB WITH OUT ANY REASON. MR IIT ALSO "CHEATS" OUTSIDER PROFF (EMPLOYMENT FRAUD) WITH "FAKE" PAY PACKAGES DURING SALARY NEGOTIATIONS. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. MGT IS HIGHLY BIASED & 100% PARTIAL WITH LOCAL STAFF. MR JSB IS TOO OBSESSED WITH PAY ROLL HANDLE VS OF ENTIRE STAFF. PROFF RECOMMENDATION - STRICTLY NO/AVOID FOR JOB.
